Risk Disclaimer

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Please read this Risk Disclaimer carefully before you buy or use our software. It forms part of our Terms of Sale. By buying or using the software you confirm that you understand and accept these risks.

Not financial advice

We sell software. We are not a broker, an exchange, a fund manager or a licensed financial adviser, and nothing we publish or say, on the Website, in the software, in our Telegram group, in videos or in support, is financial, investment, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to trade. Every decision to trade, and how much to trade, is yours.

You can lose all the money you trade with

Prediction markets are speculative and highly volatile, and short-term crypto markets of 5 and 15 minutes especially so. You can lose some or all of the funds you commit, quickly. Only trade with money you can afford to lose entirely.

No result is guaranteed

Nothing on the Website guarantees profit. Where the Website describes a strategy as "arbitrage", as producing a "guaranteed" or "risk-free" result, or uses similar words, that describes how an individual pair of positions is meant to pay out if it is completed at the intended prices, not a guaranteed outcome for you. In practice an order may fill on one side only, prices may move before both sides fill, fees and rebates may change, liquidity may be thin, and markets may be settled in ways you do not expect.

Results from our own live account, paper trading, backtests, examples, screenshots and customer reviews are past results or the experience of particular people. They are not typical and do not predict your results, which depend on your capital, settings, timing, server, fees and market conditions.

Risks of automated trading software

  • The software can contain bugs or behave in ways you did not expect, and may place, fail to place or fail to cancel orders.
  • Wrong settings, including position size and risk limits, can cause large losses.
  • Server outages, network delays, lost connections, a full disk or a stopped process can leave positions open or orders unmanaged.
  • Built-in risk limits reduce risk but do not remove it, and can fail to trigger in time.

Risks from Polymarket and other platforms

The software depends on Polymarket and on other services we do not control. Any of them may change their rules, fees, APIs, market structure or settlement method, restrict automated trading, suspend or close your account, block your country or your server, or stop operating, at any time and without notice. This has happened before and can happen again. The software may then stop working, in whole or in part, or its strategy may stop being profitable. We are not affiliated with Polymarket and have no influence over its decisions.

Crypto and blockchain risks

  • Trading uses USDC on the Polygon network. Stablecoins can lose their peg, and networks can be congested, halted or attacked.
  • Smart contracts, oracles and resolution sources can fail, be exploited or resolve a market differently than you expect.
  • Transactions on a blockchain cannot be reversed.
  • Whoever has your private key controls your funds. If it is lost or stolen, your funds are lost. Never share it with anyone, including us.

Legal and tax risks

Prediction markets, and access to Polymarket in particular, are restricted or prohibited in some countries, and the rules change. You are responsible for checking and complying with the laws of your country and with Polymarket's terms of use, and for any taxes on your trading. Do not use the software to access Polymarket from a place where it is restricted.

Your responsibility

Test the software in paper trading mode first, start small, monitor it while it runs, and never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any trading losses, as set out in our Terms of Sale.
